Privacy Policy

When you inquire about or book travel with us, we collect the information needed to plan your trip: your name, contact details, travel preferences, and trip details. If you book, we also collect traveler information required by suppliers, such as full legal names, dates of birth, and passport details. We request sensitive traveler information only when needed for your trip. If you provide information about other travelers, please make sure you are authorized to do so.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, build quotes and proposals, make bookings, communicate about your trip, and follow up afterward. If you choose to join our email list, we will send occasional travel updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share information as needed to serve you: with travel suppliers to make your bookings, including cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and similar providers; with our host agency, Atlas Coast Travel Group, whose systems process bookings and commissions; and with providers of our email, forms, cloud storage, website hosting, and payment tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud or disputes. Depending on your trip and the providers involved, information may be processed outside the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking records are stored in our agency’s booking system, correspondence in email, and trip documents in cloud storage. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We keep booking records for at least three years, and longer where needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. We review retained information and delete or securely dispose of it when it is no longer needed, subject to those requirements.

Credit card authorization is handled through a secure, PCI-compliant process provided by our host agency or an approved payment provider. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes by ordinary email or through a general inquiry form.

Marketing emails are sent only with your permission and include an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to stop marketing messages. We may still send messages needed to handle an inquiry, booking, or trip.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing ryan@landseetravel.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, booking, or dispute-resolution purposes. Information held independently by a supplier or another provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.

Our trip inquiry page embeds our agency’s JourneyFuse form, hosted at myatlasgo.com. Information you submit through that form is processed through our agency’s form system. Loading or interacting with the embedded form may also send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the form provider. You can also open the form directly on myatlasgo.com. Our site uses Cloudflare for performance and security. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, and request times. Our pages reference Google Fonts, and some pages include embedded YouTube videos. When these services load from Google, Google may receive technical information about the request or interaction. Service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect their services. We do not add our own advertising trackers to the site. If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the last-updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will follow those requirements.
