Terms & Conditions

Land & See Travel is operated by Ryan Linnarz, an independent travel agent affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group, a registered DBA of Atlas Coast Ventures LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Land & See Travel, and “you” refers to the traveler booking through us.

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers). The suppliers — not Land & See Travel — operate and are responsible for the travel services themselves. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to the services it provides, including payment, cancellation, change, and refund rules. These terms govern our travel-planning and booking services; they do not replace the supplier’s terms or any rights you have under applicable law.

Our compensation comes from commissions paid by travel suppliers, not from you. The price you pay for your trip is the supplier’s price. Land & See Travel does not currently charge planning or service fees. If that ever changes, any fee will be disclosed and agreed to in writing before any work begins.

Quotes are subject to availability and may change until the supplier confirms your booking and any required payment has been made. Any price guarantee is subject to the supplier’s terms. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include estimated taxes and fees unless noted otherwise. We will always confirm the total price in writing before processing any payment.

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the supplier and departure date. Your confirmation email will state any final payment due date. If payment is not received by that date, the supplier may cancel your booking and its cancellation penalties may apply, subject to applicable law.

All cancellations and changes are subject to the supplier’s policies, which we will share with you before you book, and any rights you have under applicable law. Cancellation penalties may apply and can reach 100% of the trip cost close to departure or for nonrefundable bookings. All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing. A request does not by itself confirm that a booking has been changed or canceled; please obtain written confirmation.

We strongly recommend travel insurance and will provide information about available options with your booking, where available and permitted. Coverage is subject to the insurer’s policy terms, eligibility requirements, limits, and exclusions; not every event or loss is covered. If you decline coverage, you remain responsible for uninsured costs, subject to any refund or other rights available under applicable law. Questions about coverage should be directed to the insurance provider or a licensed insurance professional.

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Passport-validity requirements vary by destination and transit country; some require at least six months of remaining validity. Verify the requirements for every destination and transit point, as well as your carrier’s requirements, before booking and again before departure. We recommend checking the U.S. Department of State’s travel information and the relevant embassy or consulate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from invalid or insufficient travel documents.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Land & See Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of travel suppliers, or for events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, labor actions, or government restrictions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for our own services is limited to amounts you paid directly to us, if any. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ryan Linnarz is an independent travel agent affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group, a registered DBA of Atlas Coast Ventures LLC. The following seller-of-travel registration numbers are published by Atlas Coast Travel Group and identify the host agency, not separate registrations issued to Ryan Linnarz or Land & See Travel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your booking.
